[Node.js] Question on Hexadecimal

Hey guys, while I was studying Node.js[ https get request ], a question came up my mind.
As you can see below image, when we want to get the data(on line8 in the below image), it shows us the ‘hexadecimal’ code. Is there any special reason that it gives us Hexadecimal style code?!.. (Is this for security reason?!.. Or…?!)

Because it’s a Buffer - a fixed-length sequence of bytes. It could be anything - a string, an image, a video etc.
