Not able to resuming course where I left 2hours ago

I started learning Relational Database Course after break I try to resume my course, virtual vs code editor is loaded but the practice notes or tutorial notes is not displaying?
How can I fix this? There is no link or button given for it (CodeRoad File).
Please help me with this.
