Not able to view Responsive Web Design Certification

Hello,

I am having an issue viewing my Responsive Web Design Certification. I can see on two different pages that I have the certification:

But when I click on “View Responsive Web Design Certification” it takes me to the homepage and displays a message saying “You can now claim the Legacy Responsive Web Design V8 certification! Visit your settings page to claim your certification."

Why am I not able to view the Responsive Web Design Certification?

There is a message at the top of the viewport.

You need to follow the instructions to claim the legacy certificiate.

Hello there,

What seems to be happening is:

  1. You have a setting on your account you need to change to allow certifications to be made visible
  2. You need to claim the Legacy Responsive Web Design certification

There is likely a flash message explaining why you are unable to view your Responsive Web Design certification, but it is overwritten by the flash message explaining you are able to claim the Legacy cert.
