Not receiving the verification code

I have told your site to resend the code several times and it just does not arrive.

It’s not in the junk folder and my E-mail address is correct. I contacted Comcast and they said they do not see it coming through on their end, so there’s something wrong with the header information. I forget what they called it.

January 5, 2024 and you have not replied to my support post from November 2023 and I am still having the exact same problem. I contacted Xfinity and they said they cannot even see where you have send the code to me, so it’s NOT me. They said there can be an issue with the DNS or something like this with how you are coding the E-mails.

Everything appears to be working as far as I can tell. So, you are probably best sending an email to, and we will see if we can debug from there. It would be quicker if you sent the email from the same address you are trying to log in with.
