Hey there I am having an issue where my classes are being marked as not completed, I’m halfway done with building a game with Java and when I click resume project it sends me to lesson 4. Same with my python course, is there any way I can fix this?
There are a few things that might cause this.
- An issue with your user session – If you’ve stayed logged in to freeCodeCamp for a long time, there might be an issue with your login session. Try logging out of freeCodeCamp and logging back in.
- Browser extensions – several types of browser extensions can interfere with communication between your browser and freeCodeCamp. Try disabling all browser extensions and restarting your browser.
- Aggressive security policies – browser settings, anti-Malware tools, and proxies will sometimes block data being sent from your browser to a server. Check whether any of these tools have recently updated or changed.
- freeCodeCamp outages – part of why those two courses are marked as “Beta” is because there are still changes and updates being made to them. That decreases the stability of service, and sometimes bugs like this will pop up. If you have exhausted all other troubleshooting, you can report a bug. Bugs are reported as GitHub Issues. Whenever reporting a bug, please check first that there isn’t already an issue for it and provide as much detail as possible. In this case, list all of the troubleshooting you have done.
