The issue is here.
There should not be a space between # and footer.
And you are supposed to replace the current link of freecatphotocapp with #footer.
Once you fix that issue then the test will pass.
This test is a little forgiving because technically it is Jump to Bottom not jump to bottom.
Small details in coding matter.
