The challenge says to add a title tag inside the head tag which means you need to add <title>Registration Form</title>. A self closing tag means <tag-name attribute="value"/>. Here they are asking us to add link tag inside the head tag (above or below the title tag but it is good practice to add your stylesheets below the title)and give few attributes with values. So, give <link rel="stylesheet"/>(please add remaining attributes and their values mentioned in the challenge). This should fix your issue.
