Why do you have two form elements? Use the existing form element the challenge started with and put the radio buttons and applicable labels inside it. It may be easier for you to just click the Rest All Code button to start fresh on this challenge.

Also, make sure you are spelling your label elements correctly. You have typos on them currently.

Oh! okay. I didn’t see that typo.
This was like my 40th time trying different ways to make the code work. so that is why there are two forms.
