fieldset should be in the beginning of the selector

i did add that and it is still not work
:not(:last-of-type).fieldset {
border: 3px, solid #3b3b4f
}

I am not sure where to put the :not(:last-of-type) and I put it in the selector field. and it still is not working.

You don’t have .fieldset at the beginning of the selector, you have it at the end. Also, the fieldset is not a class, so you don’t need the .
