Awesome. I’m looking forward to seeing you all there.
Notes from the meeting:
We started with a round of introductions since it had been a long time since the last meeting.
Shaun demoed the new projects and the editor they run in. We discussed and how the editor should guide new users and how the tests need to be written.
Ahmad introduced the component library and let everyone know that contributions are welcome
We had a round of questions. Jeremy and Quincy discussed the pros and cons of DevOps courses. We concluded that it’s something freeCodeCamp can only teach via instructional videos and articles for now.
We discussed teaching TypeScript - Nick pointed out that we probably can’t do it all in the browser since we want to teach how to configure a TypeScript project. It is something we plan to teach and there is a project prototype, but the details need working out.
Ismail asked for clarification about the component library - Ahmad explained that we’re waiting for one PR to be merged before it’s good to go.
