Permission to use FCC logos, etc to promote FCC, Roanoke Chapter

I’m trying to build our Faceook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/free.code.camp.roanoke.va/ . I want to make a flyer promoting our Facebook presence at a local Meetup (.NET users of Lynchburg, VA), and eventually I want to start our own FCC Meetup here in Roanoke, VA.
I need permission to use FCC logos etc, whatever I need that is FCC property to use on my flyer. How would I get permission?

It’s all open source. My understanding is you can do anything you want with the logo other than claim ownership of it.
