Finally completed the Personal Portfolio page and received my RWD certificate! All tests pass for this final project. Last bug I need to look into is the blink-caret that continues to the end instead of stopping at the end of the text. Need to revisit a few things regarding responsiveness, but the page is pretty complete for the most part.
