Please feedback my survey form project!

Hello, guys! First post here on freeCodeCamp. Completeley newbie on web development, coming from sysadmin and network manager background.

This project was easy to build the HTML, but to make thinks like I wanted with CSS was a pain! Liked the result, though.

Feedback trully appreciated.

p.s: on @media screen I had to add a grid-column: span 2; option, otherwise couldn’t get it to be single column on mobile. I’d appreciate someone could tell me what I got wrong.

Welcome to the forums @t.d.adomaitis. You form looks okay, something to revisit;

  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator. Just copy your HTML and paste it into the ‘Validate by Direct Input’ tab.
    • Ignore the first three errors but clean up the others.
  • Change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button

I think it looks like a real life form that you would fill out online.
Something like a job application for example.
I think, well done.

Hi, thank you for welcoming me, and for the W3C validator’s tip, very useful. I’ve done as you suggested. Thank you.

Thank you! Got a friend’s new business in mind when doing the form. Maybe we can put it in real use.

That’s the idea! How exciting.

Be aware that although you denote four fields as being required only three of them actually are.

Thank you. Think I got it right this time.

Informative, simple, as all forms should be. Functionality is important.
I would definitely play along with CSS more, but that’s just me. :slight_smile:
Good job!
