Hi @Shubham10200, your form looks okay. If you’re doing this as part of the Responsive Web Design Projects then there are some things you should revisit.

- Keep the test script when forking the pen (`<script src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/v1/bundle.js"></script>`). Your page passes 1/17 user stories.
  - After adding the test script, run it and click on the red button to see the failing tests. It will give a brief description of what it’s looking for and how you can fix it.

- On using codepen. codepen only expects the code you’d put within the `<body> </body>` tags in HTML. (No need to include the body tags). For anything you want to add to `<head>` click on the ‘Settings’ button, then HTML and add it into the ‘Stuff for \<head\>’ box.
- Make it so user’s can also click on the labels, not just the radio button
- Change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button
- Make your form responsive. Fields fall out on small screens.
