Just from a quick glance I saw this “Each of your checkboxes can be nested within its own label element. By wrapping an input element inside of a label element it will automatically associate the checkbox input with the label element surrounding it.” your input is coming after two labels. Your input should be inside of the label.

You did the radio buttons, and the checkboxes are done almost exactly the same, except the type = “checkbox” instead of “radio”
