Please help me nest the below

Nest the existing input element inside a form element and assign "https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.

What is your question? What do you have so far? Which part are you stuck on?

Hi ArielLeslie,

I am failing to nest my input element.

this is what I have done:

<input>

<form action="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"></form>

My test results:
The existing

input

element should be nested within a

form

element. // tests completed

This is what I did

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (’).

In your code, the input element is not nested in the form element. It is before the form element.

If you don’t remember what “nesting” means, here is an example of an a element nested in a p element.

Thank you for your advice @ArielLeslie , I will always remember that.
