Erm may I know how to obtain windows 10 ISO files apart from downloading

You can either download the iso or you can purchase a DVD or usb with the iso.

The only legal way is to buy them from Microsoft, here’s a link to their website:
There’s also instruction on how to make a bootable USB stick with your purchased license. You can actually also purchase licenses from Best buy, office depot, and other business stores if you’d rather be able to install with more support.
