Popup on top of the page about taking a Survey, bugs out insertion cursor in code

I’m doing challanges and on challange: “Use Spans for Inline Elements” I noticed that I couldnt move my insertion cursor(that blinking thing when you type). After I closed a popup for taking the survey it was fixed. Just wanted to report a bug.
