Portfolio Blog Website

Hii! Not sure where to put this topic but I need to build a Portfolio website with a blog part.
I would like to hear your thoughts about the most suitable technology to use.

Here are the requirements :

  • Portfolio : Beautiful Design + Javascript Animations
  • Blog : Possibility to Create-Read-Update-Delete a post

I am a Student in Web Dev, more confident with Angular. I have a bit of experience with :

  • JavaScript
  • Angular
  • ASP . NET

I’ve also been thinking of WordPress but can I have great animations and tailored design with it?

What languages | framework | CMS do you think I should use?
