Portfolio page help: eval depends on viewport size?

Hi everyone,

I have some trouble with my portfolio page. Its basic structure is somewhat ok, but before adding content I wanted to see if it satisfies all tests.

The test that fails is the one about having links in the navigation that let you jump to a section on the main page. However, I have those links, and they work when I click them.

Can someone kindly have a look and let me know what i could try next?

Another weird reaction: When running it with a smaller viewport (like: editor view in codepen), a different test fails.
