After spending several days to achieve the looks,
I use Materialize CSS and manage to make sidebar layout.
This page is responsive but I still unsure about it.

User Story: I navigate to different sections of the webpage by clicking buttons in the navigation.

Oh, thanks @Xiija I was really focusing on the design side.

I will create the portfolio with the navigation again.
