  • what have you tried (ie when you Googled for answers and tried what was suggested, what happened)?
  • what operating system is it (“a laptop” covers a pretty wide gamut)?
  • have you asked on forums that are related to your operating system and might be a bit more helpful than a coding forum aimed at users of FCC?
  • why are you asking for a CD?
