My ex-boss provided me feedback that i have strong theoretical knowledge of CSS3 however i am lacking hours of practice. What tips and advice can you provide someone that needs to practice? Are there any websites where you can practice?

Thanks for your feedback i started using sample psd online to try and replicate, somethimes i have this issue where i use inefficient code using too many margins paddings to get the desired effect. I should upload my results. 
You can also look Adobe XD, it’s a free prototyping tool, could make things easier
