Problem with Strong Tag for bold

Tell us what’s happening:
Trying to apply a strong tag to the words “Stanford University”, but when i apply the tags, it wont let me pass onto the next tutorial. Any thoughts?

both strong and bold work same way in the way of view, but purpose of use is totally different.
