Holaa, tengo un problema . no entiendo donde y como debo agregar el atributo _blank dentro de mi codigo

El atributo target es un atributo como el atributo href, y va dentro de la etiqueta de apertura a.
Y al igual que el atributo href tiene un valor, el atributo target también tiene un valor que aquí es _blank.
