There are 16 Tests in Product Landing Page Exercise.in projects details only include 15 user stories. What is the 16 test or user story ?

Welcome to the forum!
When you open up the test suite, it will show you the first test is just to create an html page. So basically you get a point if you start the project.
The only test left to pass is to keep the navbar at the top of the page.

You should fix the header to the top so it won’t move when you scroll the page down.
