When the text is above the butterfly the contrast could be better … maybe add some black/transparent filter …

Your page looks good @Abdulrahman. Maybe think about verifying that users have entered a valid email addr and giving an error message when clicking on the submit button if they haven’t. You learned how to do this when you created the survey form.
The frameborder attribute on the iframe element is obsolete. Use CSS.
