Profile Disappeared or Duplicate?

Dear All,

I started my portfolio in July 2019 @pdm PaolaDM London 346 total points.

It was connected with the git hub account PaolaDMadd.

Today when I logged in and my portfolio has disappear. The profile is empty and not public. I am applying for Founders and Coders Bootcamp and the deadline is May 3rd.

Please help I don’t know what to do.

Update I have also sent an e-mail to the support team as per other post, it could be a duplicate of account.
Kindly advise how to proceed.
