Progress not being saved has happened multiple times

My progress keeps getting reset and it’s beyond frustrating. why does it keep going this?

This is the CSS Cafe menu project three times this has happened now what is going on? I don’t want to have to keep doing its getting tedious. I’m on Safari and now I don’t have any blockers/extensions installed in it.

Will I a one-off donation remove the popups? They are really offputting I’m happy to make a donation but I can’t do it regularly but if progress is going to be constantly reset I might just not bothered with fcc anymore.

you save it by pressing at the bottom the save code thing, is this for projects you do by yourself? i’m not familiar with CCS but i know the projects for python have the save code below the check code button

Yep it was updating the progress as I went through then it just reloaded and reset it. I had pretty much finished it and then it reset and I had to start over very annoying.

yeah, that’s not normal for me maybe try using a diff browser, i’m on mac and google chrome works very well for me

Try logging out from your profile first, then try clearing your cache and cookies of your browser to see if the issue is still there or it resolved.

Let me know after trying these steps.

One more thing, you must click on “Submit and continue” button every time to save your progress.

This seems to resolved itself having logged into my account on firefox it has saved everything so god knows what the issue was with Safari so I’ll stick to Firefox going forwards. Thanks for the suggestions.
