I’ve made it all the way to step 82 in the Building a Music Player Project and my progress before step 72 is all gone! Also step 91 through 97 in Building a Calorie Counter. I just recently started using the desktop app when before I was using chrome browser. Could that be the issue?
yeah …that’s not the problem All of my previous steps show completion so yeah i’m using the same account.
Sometimes there is a server problem preventing progress from saving.
You may have received a message at the top of the viewport.
You could redo the incomplete steps, and count it as more practice.
However, only the certification projects are needed to receive a certificate.

Its just inspiring to see al the blue blocks and deflating to see them gone.
This is almost certainly caused by you inadvertently logging in using a different email address or social authentication.

How is it possible that I have redone two lessons Calorie Counter and Cafe Menu and there is still missing “completed steps”. Please trust your users inputs and look into the matter. I like to log in and see my progress in order to know where I left off. I am continually monitoring which steps i have completed. I’m not using another account to log in. I always use my google sign in.
I lost another whole lesson. Building a Rock Paper Scissors game

Try using a different browser on your desktop. Or maybe switch back to Chrome.
