Python Certification Exam passed but not showing as complete

Hi,

I completed all 526/526 steps of the Python certification course, and I took the Python Certification Exam on 05/14/2026 at 12:10:16. I passed with a score of 82%.

However, on my profile, the exam still appears as not completed (empty circle instead of a checkmark), and I am unable to claim my certification. The system says I have not completed the necessary steps, but I have finished everything including the exam.

Could you please look into this issue and update my profile accordingly?

it was for sure automatically (maybe it was just cache), this is not the route to have someone in the support team to look at your account (that would be writing to support@freecodecamp.org )
