I completed all 531/531 Python steps and passed the Python Certification Exam with 94% on 03/06/2026, but no certificate has appeared in my profile.
I have attached screenshots showing:
- 531/531 steps completed
- Exam passed
- Certifications section still empty
Please help check my account status and certification sync.
