Hi , i was thinking if you can use python to develop android apps , and if you can do it how you can do it . An other question is can i put my python android app in play store and add ads so i can make money.

Yes, you can, though not directly. You would need a way to transform the code to be able to run on Android (which uses Dalvik Bytecode). Take a look at Beeware.
And yes, you can publish the app to the play store and earn money (Google doesn’t care which language you used to build the app).
