Question about "use strict" in ES6

Hello, first of all, I must congratulate the designers on this wonderful series of courses. However, I discovered one downside: in the course of Javascript (ES6) the term “use strict” is used at some point, but nothing was said about it before. I just looked it up in the browser. This is for information only. But, like I already said: “Fantastic Website”.

Oic. There are a few things which crop up in the curriculum which aren’t really explained, but I like that it instils good habits in figuring stuff out, which will be a much-needed skill as a professional.
