Random Quote Machine via vs code

Hi, I am doing my project in vs code but when I open with live server I get a blank page instead of my work showing

Are you using React? If yes, are you using a cdn to import the React libraries?

Yes I’ve imported react and reactDOM. This is what I have in index.html so far I can’t pick up any errors maybe you can see something I’ve missed.
