React app isn't updating in localhost:3000

I have making changes to the code in my react app but it’s not showing up in the localhost:3000. If I restart the server then I can see the changes on the localhost.
This never happened before. I don’t know how to fix this.

Upload your project somewhere else and we might troubleshoot it. Even if the effect does not show, but yet we get the files to check out.

For example, on glitch (is as easy as dragging a folder in).
