Background: I’m in the middle of being an Intermediate and Beginner Web developer.
Question: I started building an react web app w/o finishing the js in FCC should I go back and finish that or should I learn js by learning React.js or should i just stick w/ static HTML? I want to learn react but its kinda hard.

It’s easier to learn React (or any other JS Front End framework for that matter) if you have a solid understanding of JavaScript. I would highly suggest you feel comfortable with JS before you jump into React.
