Really stuck with nesting input element in form element please HALP

So this is my attempt to nest the input element in a form element… it is telling that i should have an action element set to “https:/www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo”

I thought that is exactly what I did… I’m really stuck on this one someone plz halp!
