Record Collection- Code Failed in executing this one test case, need help!

All the test cases are running so far with this code but only this one test case is not executing.
TEST CASE: After updateRecords(recordCollection, 2468, "tracks", "Free") , tracks should have the string 1999 as the first element.

!records[id].hasOwnProperty(‘tracks’)
