Link to the challenge:

You forgot to close the curly bracket for the label element.
This is a syntax error.
Add this in ‘}’ before the input element.

label {
 display: block;
	margin: 0.5rem 0;
}
input, textarea ,select {
 width: 100%;
 margin : 10px,0,0,0;
}

Always check and make sure all your brackets are properly closed.
example brackets we need to be make sure is closed: ( ) [ ] { }.

The same applies for elements tags and comments, they have to be properly closed.

check the spacing of your " , " and " : ".

those are important to make the code easier to read.
But aren’t necessary for the code to execute sucessfully.

Thank you my friend, indeed I had to close the curly bracket for the label selector :wink: thanks!
