Boa tarde, ja fiz o exame e fui aprovado mas o site diz que a passos que nao completei para reividicar o certificado
Hi there! ![]()
Congrats on passing the exam — that’s a great step! ![]()
If the site is still telling you that you haven’t completed steps to claim your certificate, it usually means you need to follow the certificate claim process in your account settings. On freeCodeCamp, after you’ve finished all the required lessons and projects, you need to:
Go to your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
Scroll down until you see the section for certifications.
There should be a “Claim Certification” button next to the Responsive Web Design certificate. Click that to finalize it and make it show up in your profile.
Also make sure:
All five required projects are completed and their links submitted.
You’ve accepted the Academic Honesty Policy in your settings — this is required before the claim button appears.
Once that’s done, it should switch from showing an incomplete message to showing your certificate. If it still doesn’t work, try refreshing the page or checking with a different browser.
Happy coding!
I remember being confused at this step too. After finishing all the projects, the certificate claim isn’t instant and sometimes needs a refresh or re-login. For me it showed up only after checking the profile page directly instead of the dashboard. Once everything synced, the Responsive Web Design certificate appeared without any extra action. Just takes a bit of patience.
