Relational Database Mario Project Wont Start

I am not able to start my project i tried to run the CodeRoad manually but it says no command as >CodeRoad: start found. I am completely aware of the deleted projects so i started this project again and now i am stuck with a white screen. Also i prefer black theme any idea how to enable the black theme aswell ?

Update : After waiting for a long time the screen shows this and the CodeRoad: start command gave an error.

Refreshed the page and its still stuck with the same white screen as shown in the first picture.
