Relational Database, stuck on a Bike Rental Shop step

I´m not be able to pass “… Add ! in front of the comparison of the previous command to do that.” I’m sure the correct form is: ! [[ 11 =~ [1]+$ ]]; echo $? , but not pass the run test.
I really don’t know why. Would appreciate any help

Thanks hbar1st. I resolved the point few minutes ago:
! [[ 11 =~ … is valid, but also is valid; [[ ! 11 =~ …,
The second way is the one to pass.
