Remove a anchor element Trouble :/

It’s asking me to turn the words “Cat photos.” Into a Link. So, did. But when it’s time for me submit it. it’s telling that they should be on (a) anchor. And I don’t quite understand what i’m doing wrong here because Because I used the href and I closed the a anchor tag. And Made sure there wasn’t any periods. can someone point out what i’m doing wrong please?
