Request for feedback on survey project

just finished up my survey form. I think there is a bit more that I could do style wise but I spent a few days stressing over responsiveness before i figured out the concept of mobile-first design.4th Project: Technical Documentation Page

One thing I know I would like to change is the survey form itself upon resizxe to wide screen. Id like to keep the margins tighter without having to lock in a specific size.

Would love any other feedback. TIA

I think your form looks good.

Sometimes the text is hard to read on smaller devices. You might consider adding a linear gradient to the image.

What jwilkins said. Make font readable on any background.

Input fields sizing needs small corrections.
