Reset Simon game on non-strict mode

Hi everyone, need help with reseting. I set the boolean to true if I choose wrong pattern, then it should call the game again. It does but can’t click anymore to choose right pattern.

I ask because if I turn the game off after playing a few rounds, the count remains the same after clicking START regardless if STRICT mode is on or off. Also, if I click the START button after a game has already started, the count remains the same and and multiple buttons will flash simultaneously.
