So I have completed everything in html and css even the challenges. Everything has a checkmark by it but I still have not received a certificate. Does anyone know why that is?

go to your account settings then certification settings and paste all your responsive web design links.

Go to settings > make your profile public > accept the academic honesty policy > claim the certificate.

Yes, and after that you can already download your certificate as a pdf file.
