I just finished the responsive web design course and when I try to get the certificate it brings me to the advertisement page saying “has chosen to make their profile private. They will need to make their profile public in order for others to be able to view their certification.” How can I fix this?
You need to make your profile public in order to claim the certificate . Go to Menu>Settings, then scroll down to Privacy Settings. Make sure your profile and your name are set to public.
