Tell us what’s happening: Exam repeatedly says Retake Required

I am getting Retake Required for any exam I complete.
Seen a few Reddit threads saying this was a bug and other threads saying if there was “unusual activity” detected it would flag this, but no information is given as to why this is appearing.
Wondering will I be able to get any certificate if this persists so want it explained before devoting more time these modules. I feel users should know if there is not going to be a certificate of completion available at the end.

During the manual moderation process, which is performed by real humans, the exam moderation team noticed that the exam software had identified some inconsistent behaviours. Based on this, we kindly ask that you submit another attempt at the exam.
