Hi! I took the final exam 5 days ago and I haven’t gotten an update email yet, is that normal? I red the waiting time was 48-72 hours, that’s why I’m asking. Also, I’m shown this “show certification” button, but it redirects me to the homepage. Should I just wait to the exam review? Or is there something I can do (report this through a form?) to speed up this process? Anyways, thanks for the support!
there isn’t an email, but it takes at most 7 days for the exam result to get back to you, and you will see it on the exam page (click on Responsive Web Design Certification Exam in the screenshot to reach there)
I can now see my score inside the Exam page, but in my Settings page, it still says “No solution to display”, and when I click the Show Certification button it still redirects me to the homepage with no further instructions or relevant info. I’ve tried from both my Profile and my Settings page and same result.
if your certifications are private, they are not going to show, you should see a message about this when you are redirected to the homepage, there should be a blue banner right below the freeCodeCamp logo
